What you can expect

Begin by calling and setting up a time and date for a free estimate. Then at your scheduled time one of our trained estimators will conduct a thorough inspection of your outdoor project.

 Following the inspection, you will receive a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work and the total projected cost of the project.

Once you sign and return the estimate to us, we will schedule your project on our calendar. You will be notified in advance when your project is about to begin. If necessary you will always be notified prior to any additional costs being added to the total of your project.

We will complete the work outlined in the estimate, followed by a final inspection to ensure everything meets our high standards. After the inspection, we will collect payment for the project. Then you and your family and friends can enjoy your new backyard.

  • Do You Offer A Warranty?

    Yes, we offer a warranty on the craftsmanship of our projects for one year. Additionally, most of the products we use come with substantial manufacturer warranties, ranging from 1, 5, 10, 30, or 50 years, and in some cases,  a lifetime warranty. For more detailed information, please feel free to ask.

  • Are Estimates & Inspections free?

    Yes and No, we do provide estimates for no charge. If you need an inspection for a real estate deal or an insurance claim then we do charge for that service. The fee for that is $250 - $450 depending on what your situation requires. 

  • Do you handle the permit process for projects?

    Yes, we manage all the necessary permits and ensure that your project complies with local building codes.
