Integrated Climbing Walls
Hand-holds and panels built into the deck structure itself, with framing sized for dynamic load rather than decoration. We engineer the wall as part of the deck, not bolted onto it afterward.
Second-Level Slides
A slide off an elevated deck or landing, anchored properly and graded so the run-out ends exactly where it should. Getting the exit height and landing zone right is most of the work.
Fireman Poles
A fast way down from an upper deck — properly footed below grade, smooth-finished, and positioned with real clearance around the base. Popular with kids and, honestly, with their parents.
Cargo Nets & Climbing Ropes
Knotted ropes and cargo-style netting rigged into framing that's sized for the pull, with anchor points engineered for it. Not hardware-store hooks in a joist.
Living Walls
Vertical planted panels built into railings or privacy screens, with the drainage, liner, and structural backing to survive Colorado sun and freeze-thaw instead of rotting out in two seasons.
Under-Deck Dry Space
A drainage system between the joists that turns the area beneath an elevated deck into genuinely usable dry patio — far cheaper to build in from the start than to retrofit later.
