Brandon and his team are amazing! They do what they say, when they say, and the quality of work is top-notch. My deck needed a complete overhaul due to rotting wood and poor infrastructure that was also not to code. Brandon worked with me on the budget that I had, offering his expertise and recommendations as to what absolutely needed to be done vs. what could wait until Spring. His crew show up early and are hard-working day in and day out - who works until 6pm on a Friday anymore? Last but not least, at the end of each work day Alex and team cleaned up, swept, and hauled away materials. I did not have to worry about nails, wood, and whatever else all over my driveway at the end of each day, which is also important with young kids. In addition, most of the products we use come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 50 years, and in some cases, even a lifetime warranty.     Yes and no—we provide free estimates for most projects. However, if you need a formal inspection for a real estate transaction or insurance claim, there is a fee for that service. Inspection fees range from $250 to $450, depending on the scope and requirements of your situation.

  • Do you handle the permit process for projects?

    Yes, we take care of all necessary permits and make sure your project meets all local building codes. Our goal is to make the process smooth and hassle-free from start to finish.
