After we recieve your signed estimate, confirming your project. We will add your project to our schedule. Weather plays a big part in how our schedule ends up. Don't worry though because you will receive several days advance notice before your project is set to begin.

    3

Once the work outlined in the estimate is completed,  we will conduct a final inspection with you to ensure it meets our rigorous standards. Once the inspection is complete, we will give you the final invoice.  Then, you and your loved ones can enjoy your newly transformed backyard.

    • Are pavers prone to sinking over time?

Pavers can sometimes sink if the base beneath them isn't properly prepared. To ensure your pavers remain level and stable, it's crucial that the base is compacted and adequately supported. This preparation helps prevent any shifting or settling over time, which can lead to uneven surfaces.

    • How do I prevent weeds from growing between pavers?

Weed growth between pavers can be minimized by using a special type of sand called polymeric sand. This sand hardens when it gets wet, forming a barrier that reduces the likelihood of weeds and moss sprouting between the joints.

    • Are pavers, stone, and tile surfaces slippery?

These surfaces can be slippery when wet, but you can opt for slip-resistant finishes or materials, particularly in areas like pool decks or patios where safety is a concern. Choosing the right texture and finish can significantly reduce the risk of slipping.

    • How do I maintain my stone or tile patio?

Maintenance for stone or tile patios typically includes regular sweeping to remove dirt and debris, occasional washing with a gentle cleaner, and sealing the surface if needed. Sealing, especially for stone surfaces, helps protect against stains and weather damage, keeping your patio looking great for years.

    • What is the cost range for installing a paver patio?

The cost of installing a paver patio varies based on the type of pavers and the complexity of the design. On average, installation costs can range from $10 to $16 per square foot, with higher-end materials like travertine or custom patterns potentially increasing the price.

    • What are the most common mistakes to avoid during paver installation?

Common errors in paver installation include improper base preparation, using the wrong type of sand between pavers, and failing to leave space for expansion joints. Avoiding these mistakes is crucial to ensure the longevity and stability of your paver installation.

    • Can I use stone or tile for a deck surface?

Yes, stone and tile are excellent options for decking surfaces. They offer a high-end, durable finish that can handle various weather conditions. These materials are especially favored for creating beautiful, long-lasting outdoor living spaces like patios and pool surrounds.
