    We start with a free, no-obligation onsite consultation to understand what are all your concerns with your deck. Our professional estimators visit your project location to assess the deck, take measurements, and take notes detailing possible repair options.

    Custom Repair Proposal:

    Your estimator will create a detailed estimate, it will outline the different options and what they entail, including the prices. Once you decide what option will work for you, please return the signed estimate to us.


    Approval and Permitting: Once we recieve your estimate, we'll proceed to secure any necessary permits. We handle the permit process to ensure your project is as worry and stress free for you as possible. After permits are completed, we wiil put you on the schedule to get your project started.

    Construction and Final Walkthrough:

    Our skilled builders will repair your deck correctly & to code the first time. We always use high-quality materials and up to date repair methods. After the repairs are completed, we'll walk you through the completed project to ensure it meets both of our expectations.

When your have reviewed the estimate and your ready to move forward with the work, add your signiture and send us the signed estimate.
