To save your time and help you plan, we offer online pricing that will let you perform a self-estimate.  The prices below are for standard deck refinishing.  Repairs and unusual features have different pricing that has be quoted with a free estimate.

Save 10%—If you have any neighbors that also need refinishing, we will reduce the price for you and them by 10% off any project if we can do both projects during the same week.

Pergola. ( Prep can range greatly depending on style and wear)

 

¨ Wash pergola top $1.00/square foot

¨ Brighten pergola top $0.50/square foot

¨ Wash pergola bottom and post $1.00/square foot

¨ Brighten pergola bottom and post $0.50/square foot

¨ Stain/seal pergola $0.75/square foot top or bottom

 

Deck Preparation (choose one depending on deck condition, but if the deck wasn’t refinished last year it probably needs sanding):

¨ Buff/Light Sand: $040/square foot

¨ Power Wash: $0.50/square foot

¨ Power Wash and Brightener: $0.75/square foot

¨ Power Surface Sanding: $1.20/square foot

 

Stain & Seal (semi-transparent stains): $0.60/square foot

 

Railings (optional and add together all that apply):

Linear feet is based on the combined length of all rails. We do not add up the length of each spindle!.

¨ Sand top rail, stain and seal: $1.00/linear foot

¨ Power wash spindles: $3.00/linear foot

¨ Stain & seal spindles: $3.00/linear foot

¨ Replace spindles: $12.00/linear foot

¨ Sand spindles: $6.00/linear foot

¨ Re-Router top rail $.50 linear foot

Final pricing and services are agreed to prior to starting work.  All payment is due when work is completed and inspected by the homeowner.  We stand behind our work and think that the homeowner should always be in control. 

 

Sample Self-Estimate:

Wood deck that is 10’ x 30’ with 40’ of railing.  The deck was sealed 2 years ago, but has some discoloration and is the sealant is chipping off.  Spindles are in good condition, but he top rail is in the same condition as the deck floor.  No repairs are needed.

 

Deck size: 300 square feet of floor and 40 feet of railing.

 

Self Estimate:

Power Surface Sanding: $1.20 x 300 = $360.00

Stain & Seal: $0.60 x 300 = $180.00

Railings: $1.00 x 40 = $40.00

Total: $580.00
