Pricing can vary by terrain and accessibility, but generally it will cost between $1.00 and $6.00 per foot, for cleaning and sealing. Board replacement, for cedar is $4.00 per foot.  Post replacement can very but usually wont exceed $150.00 each. With discounts as much as ½ off if scheduled with your deck, there is really no reason to keep looking at that old gray fence.
