Trained Staff : We at Deck Doctor understand the importance of finding a highly qualified, and well trained contractor, that is why each of our employee's go through a detailed training period which includes classroom style lessons, along with on the job style training. Before any of our employees ever pick up a tool they are trained in its proper use. From proper pressure washing techniques, to proper use of each of the 9 sanders we use. Each employee must a pass a qualifying test with each tool before they are ever allowed to use it at your home.

Experience : We at Deck Doctor have been serving the front range since 1993, and in our 17 years we have refinished thousands of decks. When you chose Deck Dr. to refinish or repair your deck you are getting the oldest repair and refinish company in Colorado. Specializing in natural wood restoration.

Communication : Our practices are to first provide you with a free deck evaluation with an accurate estimate. Then upon your approval we would start the job by doing a complete walk through of all work to be performed. After you have been walked through our procedure and task list, and we have answered all of your questions we will begin the job.

Cleanliness : Once the job is started, we will make sure your home is protected in every stage of the job. We will protect your house, and under deck area from stain. Stain belongs on your wood not your home or plants. We also take all of our trash with us. When we are finished the only thing that remains to remember us by is the job we did.

Trust: Once the job is complete we will do a finish walk through with you, answering any questions you may have. When the walk through is completed and you are satisfied with the service you have received we will ask for payment in full. You see at Deck Doctor we understand that not every contractor has done what they say. So we keep it simple NO MONEY UP FRONT PERIOD.
